DESCRIPTION - The course covers the development of the Bermuda Insurance Market; Bermuda's Legal System and Legislation; Captives; Reinsurance and Alternate Risk / Finance Transfer. This course also includes a project with 25% of the total course mark.

PREREQUISITE: INS21 (This prerequisite may be waived for graduate students or those with professional designations)
EXAM DATE: Friday 17th June, 2011 from 9:00am - 12 noon ~ FEE INCLUDES: Text Book and Exam fee.
